When ING Clarion Realty Servfoes was In need of a long term solution for recuring leaks and Energy Slar requirments for their high perfornriance building, Heritage Plaza in downlown Houiton, they looked to the CLMS for surgial repair, restoration and Energy Star® appraval.
By using surgical restoration to repair the ailing roofing system, CLMS provided tne customer with a long term solution that could handle their ponding water and leak issues for a fraction of the cost of replacement. In fact, surgical restoration is considered a 1 year maintenance expense instead of a 39 year depreciating asset providing additional savings to the customer.
Conquest Energy Star® approved system also provided solar heat gain relief to the facilfty providing energy savings for ING Clarion's customers and greatly extending the life of the existing roofing system.
This project is just another example of how CLMS provides solutions that make environmental and conventional construction sense.
