When KV Pharmaceutical was in need of a long term solution for their aging smooth asphalt built up roof they turned to the Conquest® to solve all their problems.
The Conquest® provided a seamless membrane stopping leaks and additional UV degradation to the exposed smooth asphalt roof which quickly degrades when left unprotected. Since Conquest® applications are considered maintenance for restoring the existing asset, KV Pharmaceutical was provided a tax advantage over traditional roof recover or replacement options.
Conquest® Energy Star® approved and Cool Roof Rating Council listed system also provided much needed solar heat gain relief for their constant HVAC cooling needs which in turned reduced the companies energy needs.
This project is just another example of how Conquest® provides solutions that make environmental and conventional construction sense.
